PRIVACY POLICY
New Balance Indy.com is committed to protecting the privacy of each and every one of its customers. We collect your shipping and billing data as necessary to fill your order and have it arrive to you correctly and quickly. Credit card information is used solely for the purpose of processing your order and is not retained by New Balance Indy.com. We do not participate in any marketing program where we buy or sell your personal data. We will not provide your data to any third party except as necessary to complete your order and/or in the event of a change of control of our company.


SECURITY POLICY
Secure Shopping - New Balance Indy.com collects your payment information via SSL encryption (Secure Sockets Layer) to ensure all transactions are secure and confidential. All credit card payments are verified and processed by Cybersource. New Balance Indy.com will never sell or disclose your personal information to any outside party for any reason other than the purposes of verifying and collecting payment information.

Your Personal Information - New Balance Indy.com collects personal information such as your name, billing address, shipping address and credit card information solely for the purposes of verifying and collecting payment for products purchased from our web site. By creating an "account" with New Balance Indy.com, some of this data; specifically your name, billing address and shipping address is retained using "Cookies" for your convenience to allow a quicker check out process upon your return to New Balance Indy.com. Shoppers who wish not to create an "account" with New Balance Indy.com may proceed to Check Out to place an order without an account.

Newsletters & Special Offers - New Balance Indy does provide its visitors the opportunity to sign up for (or Opt-in) to periodic newsletters & special offers. By volunteering a valid email address to our newsletter program you agree to receive such periodic email notifications. If ever you decide not to receive these email notifications or if you receive these emails in error, you may unsubscribe to the program by email newsletter@newbalanceindy.com and put UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line.


ORDERING INFORMATION
ORDER ONLINE by entering your order on our website. We provide an online shopping cart which allows you to select products while browsing our website. We also provide an online account, which you can use when placing future orders to expedite the ordering process. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with an order number verifying your purchase. All orders are protected for your privacy and credit card security. Please see our security and privacy policies for further information.

We reserve the right to refuse any order and may flag an order if fraud is suspected. Further, we will prosecute any fraudulent order to the fullest extent of the law.

If you are under 18, you may use NewBalanceIndy.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

Upon placing your order you will receive an automatic email receipt. If you didn't receive this, either your order did not submit correctly or you didn't enter your email address correctly. If you don't receive an email order confirmation, please contact us. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and instructions to track your order.


PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Only credit cards will be accepted for online orders. Please make sure the name and address you enter as the billing address is correct. If the name and address you enter does not match the name and address that your credit card company has for that credit card account, the order may be delayed and/or canceled.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We only ship to destinations within the continental U.S. (the 48 contiguous states) that can be shipped via UPS. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses so you must use a valid street address with your order. New Balance Indy has FREE SHIPPING to all orders that are not priority shipped. Priority shipping costs a flat fee of $10.00. Your order will be adjusted when it is received by our processing department. Usually, it takes 3-5 business days from the day your order is shipped, (not from the day you order) to receive your order. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered business days. For an estimated delivery time on packages to your area, please view the UPS Ground time in transit chart below.

Orders received after 3:30 EST will be processed on the next business day. Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours. We regularly stock most of the items we carry. Occasionally, we may run out of an item in which case we will attempt to notify you by e-mail to obtain your instructions. You may request to: 1) hold the order until all items are available, 2) ship available items, 3) substitute a different item or flavor, or 4) cancel the order. We don't "back order" items as we make every effort to have all of our items in stock. We cannot predict when a large order(s) will deplete our inventory. Additional shipping charges apply on separate orders. If we are unable to contact you within 24 hours, your order will be held until all items are available to be shipped.

All packages are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Other shipping options are available at an additional cost for customers living within the continental U.S. You pay shipping costs for these methods which are based on the weight and destination. Please contact us for available options and/or to obtain a shipping quote.

We do NOT request or require a signature for UPS deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your UPS driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label.

UPS charges us a fee to correct an address. We will charge you a fee of $5.00 to $10.00 to re-ship each and every package that is either incorrectly addressed or re-routed back to us due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information YOU provide, so if you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is returned to us, you will be charged $5.00 to $10.00 per package to have the package(s) re-shipped. For customers who elect to cancel their orders, the order will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Any and all shipping costs cannot be refunded.


Lost Packages
If you do not receive your package, please contact us at (317) 889-6715 during normal business hours (10:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday). New Balance Indy is not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. Again, we generate our shipping labels from the information YOU provide. If an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) is given and your package is lost, New Balance Indy is not responsible.

If you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped. However, once your package has been processed and shipped, we cannot make address corrections to your package. If your package is re-routed, returned or lost, all policies listed above apply. PLEASE TAKE CARE TO INCLUDE YOUR CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS.


CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Our top priorities at New Balance Indy.com are your satisfaction and foot health. We are in the business of keeping your feet healthy and you happy. Please help us in this by not wearing your new shoes outside until you first try them out on the carpet in your home.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to contact us during normal business hours (10:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday). We will make every attempt to stop your order. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will have to return the package (see return policy listed below). Any order that is cancelled after it leaves our facility will be considered a return, and all return policies listed apply.


Returns

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Credit will be promptly issued for the price of the merchandise and taxes
  • We will pay the shipping for sending the replacement merchandise to you
  • The customer pays for shipping return merchandise to us

Damaged Items
Merchandise damaged during shipment must be reported to New Balance Indy within 5 days of receipt. Please call us during our normal business hours (10:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday) to notify us of any damaged items (please have your order number and the item description ready when you call). We will then contact the shipping company for the retrieval of the damaged item(s) and either send you a replacement order or issue you a credit for the cost of any of the merchandise that is confirmed to be damaged.

Errors

In the rare occasion that you receive an item(s) other than what you ordered, DO NOT open the item(s) or you will void your right to return it. Merchandise sent to a customer in error must be reported within 5 days of receipt. We will then work with you to resolve the situation (refund, replacement, etc.). Please call us during our normal business hours (10:00 am to 5:00 EST) for an RMA number prior to returning any merchandise. A valid RMA number must be included on the shipping label or we will refuse the package. We will only refund and/or pay shipping charges if we made a mistake with your order.
